Our normal rental season begins April 1 and ends at November 1. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for use in the house. The weekly rental rate is as follow:

• For the months of April and May, from the last Saturday in March until the last Saturday in May the rate is €450 per week.
• For the month of June from the last Saturday in May until the last Saturday in June, the rate is €650 per week.
• For the months of July and August, from the last Saturday in June until the first Saturday in September the rate is €900 per week.
• For the months of September and October, from the first Saturday in September to the last Saturday in October, the rate is €550 per week.

The rate is inclusive of gas & electricity, bed linen & towels (not swimming); unless otherwise indicated. Outside of the normal rental season, we may rent during the off season by request. Off season rentals may incur extra energy and heating charges.

We provide a welcome basket containing coffee, tea, fresh bread and wine for our guests. We proudly feature wines from one of the local Trausse winemakers. The house is stocked with tourist information as well as our own local guide notes & tips. The house is also equipped with outside furniture & barbecue.

All prices are quoted in Euros. For your convenience we can accept payments through Pay pal and we accept Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, and US dollars. For a currency conversion, click here

Conditions of Bookings:

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. At the time of reservation the client will be sent an invoice with all business details. Reservations should be made by phone or email. The booking must be secured by a deposit of € 200 or equivalent currency (per week reserved).Payment of the reservation deposit must be made within 7 days of the reservation being made.

The balance of the rental payment and security deposit must be received 30 days prior to arrival. The owner reserves the right to retain the deposit if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival. If the balance remains unpaid after the due date the owner reserves the right to consider the reservation cancelled and shall be entitled to retain the deposit.

Bookings are valid from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure. Normally we expect our guest to arrive within the hours of 4pm and 6pm. However, this may vary according to flight times. If your arrival will be outside this period, you must notify the house manager to arrange a different arrival time.

Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. Cancellation will apply from the date of receipt of the written cancellation. The following charges will apply to cancellations::

• If cancellation is between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit of € 100 per week of stay will be retained by owner.
• If the cancellation is receive after 14 days prior to arrival date, the owner will retain 100% of the rental payment. Security deposits will be returned in the event of cancellation.
  

In the event that the house becomes unavailable for a booked period, the owner shall only be liable for a full refund of all monies paid including the deposit.

If a booking is made for a period greater than 2 weeks a 10% discount is offered on third & subsequent weeks. At the guests request towels and bed linens may be exchanged weekly with no additional charges.

A refundable security (caution) deposit of € 500 against damage etc is normally required.
